Enjoy the benefits of personal training combined with the motivation that comes from being part of a small team! Each team will have 4-8 participants.
Workouts will be custom designed; depending on each teams fitness goals and will consist of cardio training, weight training, core and flexibility training. All fitness levels are welcome.
Team Personal Training Days and times:
Mondays: 1:00 pm at Main with Denise
Wednesdays: 10:15 Am at Main with Laurie
Thursdays: 3:30 - 4:00 PM at Yankee with Denise
What: 30-minute sessions for 6 weeks (could be extended one more week due to spring break vacations)
When: Starts March 16th
