Monday: R.I.S.E. & Shine with Lisa P. 5:30 - 6:30am Getting up early has never been so much fun! Join us for a mix of Resistance, Intervals, Strength & Endurance that will shape, define and make you Shine as you take your fitness to the next level.
Great for any fitness level.
Tuesday: Power Hour with Renee G. 5:30 - 6:30am This cycling workout uses the power of music to help push you to YOUR limit. It’s a complete cardio challenge that demands 50 minutes of everything you’ve got, ending with core and cool down. You’ll leave this ride drenched and feeling invigorated.

Wednesday: Holy HIIT with Randi W. 5:15 - 6:00am Prepare yourself for the next generation of HIIT training.
Every second super-charged with lightening fast intervals utilizing bells, bars, balls and body. Class format will vary so expect the unexpected.

Thursday: Bike, Bells, BURN! with Randi W. 5:15 - 6:00am It’s a great morning to maximize your cardiovascular and muscle endurance.This class combines bike intervals and strength sets using kettlebells and dumbbells for a total body BURN for every BODY.
