4/28:  Pilates Burn with Laurie  Pilates Burn is a total body workout that is both challenging and inspiring. A fusion of the best of Pilates, Barre, and strength training with elements of yoga; you will lengthen, strengthen and tone while igniting calories in the process.

5/5:  SuperStrength with Denise It is time to burn calories and fat, gain muscle, and become stronger!  You will be doing ladders, and low reps, but will utilize heavy weights.  The strong become fit!!!   Your heart rate will be maxed, and you will be sweating to the core. This is a total body strength workout.

4/30:  Cardio Beats with Sara

This is a full-body workout that combines cardio and strength training utilizing drumsticks for an effective and fun way of working out with music as the motivator!

5/7:  Zumba with Laurie

There has been a request to have a final Zumba class with Laurie so she is bringing back many of the old favorites!!!  If you have a special song request, let her know in advance so she can try to include it.
